Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information North Central Gutter Supply LLC (“NCGS,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use our website, our supply shop, the contractor app, and the NCGS CRM, and how that information is used and shared. It is written in plain language on purpose.

Information we collect

Account information. When you open a shop or CRM account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and business name and address so we can run your account.

Content you enter in the CRM. If you use the NCGS CRM, the contacts, deals, estimates, invoices, and other business records you create are stored so the CRM can do its job. That content belongs to your business; we store and process it to provide the service.

Time clock and location. The crew time clock records punches along with the location where the punch was made. On the White Glove plan, if an employer enables geofence auto-clock, the app also uses location to clock crew members in and out automatically at job sites. Location is collected for time-clock purposes, not for advertising.

Photos you upload. Job photos and installer listing photos you upload are stored and, for listing photos we approve, shown on our public Find an Installer pages.

Measurements and paper bid sheets. When you save a satellite measurement or roof report in the CRM, or photograph a paper bid sheet into the Paper Archive, the measurement drawings and figures (roof and gutter tracings, lengths, areas, and the totals on the sheet) are also stored in de-identified form — separated from your customers’ names and contact details — to improve the measurement tools for all contractors. Your archived sheets themselves stay visible only inside your own account; other contractors never see your sheets, your customers, or your prices.

Orders and payments. We keep records of orders, invoices, and payments. Card payments are processed by our payment processor, Helcim. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

Website analytics. We log page views on our own site using a first-party system. Each visit is tied to an anonymized session hash (made from a salted mix of IP address and browser) — we do not keep raw IP addresses.

Text messages. We send account setup codes and business text messages through our phone provider. You can reply STOP to opt out of text messages.

How we use information

We use the information above to run your account, take and fulfill orders, operate the CRM and time clock, send the messages the service depends on, and keep the service working and secure. That is what it is collected for.

Service providers we share information with

We share information with the following providers only as needed for them to run parts of the service:

• Google — account sign-in and our business phone/voice services.
• Cloudflare — website and app hosting. Our built-in AI assistant, Anna, runs on Cloudflare Workers AI.
• Helcim — card payment processing.
• Lob — printing and mailing postcards for the Neighbor Mailer add-on, using the recipient names and addresses the contractor supplies.
• Mapbox and Roboflow — satellite imagery and measurement processing for the CRM’s satellite measuring tools.

We do not sell personal information. Other than the providers above, we share information only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

Cookies and local storage

The app uses your browser’s local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your information or ask us to delete it. The easiest way is our account deletion page, or email us at jeremy@northcentralguttersupply.com. Some records — such as invoices and tax records — must be kept for as long as the law requires, even after an account is deleted.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page and set a new effective date at the top.
